  • It clamps U-channel of die plate and T-slot of bolster or slide fixed on machine by the direct power from clamp cylinder.
     
     LY/LZ type

  • It has a split construction cylinder and lever sections resulting in exerting uniform force over T-slot. No one-sided wear is caused in T-section and clamping allowance is stabilized.
  • It can be used even if there is no U-channel in dies.
  • It clamps a die by the power of a single-action spring reset-type cylinder via clamping lever.
  • It has 2 types of installing methods.  T-slot manual sliding and bolt-fixing flange type.
  • We manufacture oil pressure holding and NPT port types as optional mechanisms.

  • Die changing is possible with approx. 1/100th the lifting power of  the die load. (For example, a 19.6kN (2 ton) die can be transported with only a 0.2kN (20kg) lifting capacity).
  • Hydraulic lift design is perfect  for medium to heavy loads.
  • Rollers are equipped with cover for easier, long-term use on sites where there is excessive scrap chip.

Carrier Bar
  • When not in use, the bars can be folded down to provide a wider working space.
  • The bars are detachable and interchangeable, therefore by having extra brackets, one set of bars can be used for multi-stations.
  • The big roller is located near the bolster which allows smooth die transfer.
  • All rollers are equipped with special outer lace for maximum durability.
  • The die stopper provides extra security for unloading operations.
  • The die can be loaded or unloaded with approx. 1/100 of weight by means of precision roller bearings.
